sculptured boulders

The Stone Chef

We just love these stone seats.  They are beautifully sculpted from hollowed out boulders into outdoor loungers and seats.  They have a quasi-organic feel about them and would would look great in a garden with an unstructured feel.

They are created by The Stone Chef  (UK).  Designer Nigel Fenwick also crates bathtubs as well as bespoke swimming pools and spas in stone.

Smoothly polished interiors contrast wtih the rough hewn external surface of the stone to create a stunning visual and sensual effect.  This stone seating would offer welcoming coolness on hot sunny days (remember those?) and then reflect the absorbed heat in the evenings.

In case you are wondering how to get these beautful seating sculptures into your garden, the Stone Chef proivdes a worldwide delivery service

Thanks Tom, I wouldn’t suggest these boulders for piles unless you had a nice cushion or blanket
